Your mission

  • You create professional image and video recordings. 
  • You are responsible for editing and post-production of the video recordings. 
  • You photograph our products and reference objects. 
  • You edit and prepare the photo material you take. 
  • You will design our online videos and assist in all phases of production. 
  • You will support us at trade fairs and events by creating photo and video material.

Your profile

  •  Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere 
  •  Knowledge of other standard Adobe programs 
  •  Enjoy video production

Your mission

  • You are responsible for the coordination and optimization of our online channels including social media platforms.
  • You will look for additional online tools that will enable us to increase our customer base.
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of our online campaigns with the help of special planning tools.
  • You will develop new growth strategies and set up new performance channels.
  • You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of SEM, SEA, SEO and affiliate marketing, as well as for newsletter marketing to acquire new customers and increase customer loyalty.
  • You coordinate the cooperation with our online marketing agency.
  • You will develop new strategies for international online marketing.

Your mission

  • You support employees in all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
  • You are our competent contact person in the area of compensation and benefits.
  • Operational processing of all administrative tasks, including system evaluations
  • Preparatory and follow-up payroll accounting
  • You will support us in the development, optimization and implementation of HR processes and guidelines and take part in HR projects (e.g. tools and systems).

Your profile

  • You have a degree with a focus on HR or training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good knowledge of HR systems (personio)
  • You have an open-minded personality with a high degree of empathy and enjoy making contact and talking to people.
  • Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Planning and implementation of training courses in the field of leather and artificial leather repair at national and international level
  • Development and continuous adaptation of training materials to the specific needs and requirements of participants
  • Intensive support for participants during the training phases and follow-up support to ensure learning success
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of training content and teaching methods
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with training participants and strategic partners
  • Representing the company at national and international trade fairs, including product demonstrations

Your profile

  • Fluent in German and English                                              
  • Completed vocational training in the trade                                  
  • Experience in the repair of leather and artificial leather              
  • Strong knowledge of human nature and empathy
  • Experience in adult education, especially as a trainer/training manager
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Your mission

  • The organisation of dispatch processing of our parcel centre under consideration of deadline, quality and cost aspects
  • Experience in employee management and team development
  • Optimisation of routes, packaging and storage of our products, definition of weak points and identifying improvements to the process chain
  • Collaboration in the dispatch process such as picking the goods
  • Monitoring the daily dispatch orders, ensuring the correct booking of goods, meeting delivery deadlines and customer requirements and ensuring quality

Your profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on logistics & shipping or completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist with further training as a master craftsman
  • Experience in the implementation of projects for the continuous improvement of logistics
  • Experience in shipping chemical substances  
  • Experience in the work of small parts order picking
